These terms apply to your use of this website and to orders placed with Eazy Agro Australia (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Products and pricing
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
- Product images are for illustration; colours and finishes may vary slightly. Sizes, weights and specifications are listed on each product page.
- Wholesale pricing is available to approved business customers — see Business Registration.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel for a full refund.
Orders
Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock or cannot be delivered to your address — in which case we will refund any amount you have paid.
Payment, promo codes and offers
Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. Promo codes and offers apply only as described where they are advertised, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or changed for future orders at any time.
Shipping and delivery
- We deliver within Australia. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the size and weight of your order.
- Large or oversized orders may need a shipping quotation. In that case we will email you the delivery cost before it is added to your order.
- Delivery times shown are estimates from our carriers and are not guaranteed. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct.
Returns & Refunds Policy

Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection or any ordering errors.

Our change-of-mind returns policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, defective, not as described, or otherwise covered by consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the law.
